The Energy Check is an analysis performed on your site by specialized Grundfos staff and calculates the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of existing pumps. The analysis shows if there is room for savings by replacing your pumps with more efficient Grundfos pumps. You will receive a detailed Energy Check report that includes an analysis of the total Life Cycle Costs as well as recommendations for optimizing your pump system.

A quotation is prepared based on the first on-site inspection and preliminary data collection.

We produce a full report of insights that details your potential energy savings.

5. 5. Assessment - Completion of the Energy Check
We present the report and a selection of suitable pump solutions (or we proceed to Grundfos Pump Audit for exact measurements).

6. 6. Monitoring - Training

HYDRO MPC

The GRUNDFOS Hydro MPC booster systems are designed to transfer or increase clean water pressure in water supply networks, such as Hotels, Apartment Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Schools, etc. Hydro MPC pressure units consist of 2-6 pumps (CRE pumps / CME pumps) in parallel connection, mounted on a metal base, assembled with all the necessary hydraulic equipment, and ready for use. The hydraulic equipment includes suction and depression collectors (galvanized or stainless steel), ball valves at the inlet and outlet of each pump, check valves at the outlet of each pump, and a pressure sensor. Each individual system, after being assembled, is tested in GRUNDFOS' special test facilities and adjusted according to the user's needs.

SEG AUTOADAPT

The SEG range of grinder pumps from Grundfos is specifically designed for pumping effluent and untreated sewage in small communities or sparsely populated areas with no sewer systems or where gravitation systems are unsuitable. Pressurised systems are the perfect choice for transfer of effluent and sewage, and the SEG range combines cost-effectiveness with maximum protection for the environment by facilitating the use of smaller pressure pipes for minimal investment costs. The SEG range is designed to reduce energy consumption and to keep downtime costs to a minimum, while maintaining peak performance throughout the system life.

Applications
The Grundfos SEG pumps are specifically designed for pumping untreated wastewater from domestic, commercial or municipal sources. The high discharge pressure enables transfer of wastewater over longer distances.
