Description

Unilift AP and Unilift AP Basic pumps are submersible drainage sump pumps designed for both temporary / portable and free installation. These single-stage pumps are mainly made of stainless steel. All types are available in either single phase or three phase and for 50 or 60 Hz power supply. The number in the type designation, e.g. AP12, indicates the spherical particle size that can pass through the pump. All Unilift AP and AP Basic pumps are equipped with a plug for power connection. The Unilift AP is a single-stage pump with a semi-open impeller (AP12) or a vortex impeller (AP35 and AP50). All Unilift AP pumps are equipped with a stainless steel sleeve for cooling during operation. The filter at the bottom prevents particles larger than those for which the pump is designed from entering the pump. The filter is mounted with a clip on the pump housing. All Unilift AP pumps can be supplied with or without a float switch for automatic or manual operation. Pumps with the letter "A" in the type designation are equipped with a float switch. The 3-phase versions have an additional starter connected to the float switch. The outlet is placed on top of the pump and is available in Rp 1 1/2 to Rp 2. An optional non-return valve can be fitted to the outlet to prevent backflow. Unilift AP Basic pumps are single-stage pumps (AP35B, AP50B) with vortex impeller. All Unilift AP Basic pumps are made of stainless steel, with a base plate of composite material. The Unilift AP Basic series is designed for underwater operation, either free on the base plate or installed with automatic coupling. The pump inlet is designed to prevent large particles from entering the pump. The base plate is secured with four clips hidden under the composite ring at the top of the pump housing. The ring prevents the accumulation of dirt in the clips. All Unilift AP Basic pumps can be supplied with or without a float switch, for automatic or manual operation. Pumps with the letter "A" in the type designation are equipped with a float switch. The outlet is located on the side of the pump and is R2.
