Description
Grundfos DW pumps are sturdy, portable, submersible pumps with vertical discharge nozzles. They are available with motors from 0.8 to 20 kW and are designed for drainage on construction sites, in excavation areas, in the drainage of buildings and in similar applications where there is a need for pumping untreated water and / or at high pressure. The main parts of the DW are made of aluminum to be as light as possible. This combined with the compact design and high pressure capabilities make DW pumps portable and easy to operate. The semi-open type impeller is made of stainless steel with high chromium content (550HB) to increase wear resistance. DW.50.08 (only) has a polypropylene engine housing.
