The Pressure Manager PM1 and PM2 are intelligent hydraulic installations that control your pump according to consumption, in home water supply systems and in pressure boost systems. The Pressure Manager PM1 and PM2 modules cover all needs, both in simple and complex applications. The Pressure Manager is available in two excellent models: the PM1 for basic flexibility and the PM2 for total control.
PM1 BASIC FLEXIBILITY
PM1 is suitable for applications where the pump is started / stopped according to consumption. It is the solution of basic flexibility, offering to start the pump at 1.5 or 2.2 bar. PM1 starts the pump by reaching the starting pressure and maintains operation for as long as there is flow. PM1 provides dry running protection and cyclic alarm for increased security. In addition, it has the well-known quality Grundfos, which guarantees high flexibility, robust electronic equipment and long life.
PM2 TOTAL CONTROL
PM2 is the solution of total control, offering adjustable pump start from 1.5 to 5 bar. This helps to personalize the different types of installation and the desired comfort levels. The starting pressure is adjusted inside the unit, while the current pressure is displayed on the LED display on the front of the Pressure Manager unit. PM2 starts the pump by reaching the starting pressure and maintains operation for as long as there is flow. The PM2 is equipped with an internal pressure vessel to minimize start-ups and pauses in the event of a leak in the installation. In addition, PM2 can be optimized for operation with a large external pressure vessel by activating the 1-bar differential pressure function. This significantly reduces the operating hours of the pump in pressure vessel installations.
